Rebecca Frost, MD, LLC

Dr. Frost is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who provides care via telepsychiatry. She treats patients who are located in New Hampshire, Vermont, North Dakota, Indiana, South Carolina, and Texas. 

Dr. Frost believes that enduring change occurs through a caring therapeutic relationship. She listens carefully to understand the difficulties that bring someone to treatment and collaborates to develop shared goals. She strives for patients to feel heard, understood, and supported. She emphasizes psychotherapy and uses evidenced-based medication treatment.

Dr. Frost employs a psychodynamic approach, where the goal is to increase understanding and insight to enable change.
