Insurance

Dr. Frost does not currently accept any insurance and would be considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies.

Many insurance policies cover a portion of the visit for out-of-network providers. Please contact your insurance company in advance to learn about your coverage. If you choose to submit claims for reimbursement, Dr. Frost will provide you with the needed documentation of services provided.

Due to regulatory issues, Dr. Frost is unable to see patients who are insured by Medicare in her private practice.
